How to Order


There are three ways to place an order with us:

 

Online:  Simply select the item, quantity, color and/or size you would like to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button.  This will automatically put that item in your shopping cart, where you can always edit your order.  Repeat the step above for ordering multiple items.  Then follow the steps to check out.
                  
By phone:  Call us at 512-680-1830 and we’ll be happy to take your order over the phone.

By mail:  Select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your cart.  Print your Shopping Cart and mail it to us along with your payment.  Please allow extra days to process your order when choosing this method.


Privacy Policy

Organic Inspirations respects your privacy.  All personal information you provide to us is used only to ship your order and for us to communicate with you.  We do not retain any credit card information in our database.  We will not sell, lend or share any of your information to other parties.  Organic Inspirations may periodically send e-newsletters and/or special offers to our customers.

Methods of Payment

You can pay with any major credit cards through PayPal (you don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay this way), for which you will receive payment instructions during check out.

Shipping Times

Online and Phone orders are shipped within 3 business days.  Mail orders with credit card payments are shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment.  Mail orders with check/money order payments are shipped within 3 business days after check/money order has cleared.

Shipping and Handling Charges

We ship orders via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. 

In-stock items ship within 2 days of processing your order.  Drop shipments from our suppliers take up to 3 business days after processing your order.  Either way we’ll let you know the estimated delivery day as soon as we have that information available.

 

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during check out.  Sales Tax applies only to orders shipped to Texas.

* We offer Free Standard Shipping (5-14 business days) for orders of $200.00 or more (pre-tax) if shipped to one address only.  Oversized and overweight items like Mattresses, Pillows, Foundations, Box Springs, Futons, Mattress Toppers, Air Filters do not apply for free shipping.  Free shipping does not apply for Alaska, Hawaii, US military installations, US territories or PO Boxes.

 

For shipping outside the continental US or expedite delivery service, please contact us via e-mail specifying the items you wish to order and the zip code where to ship them.  We do NOT ship Overnight.

Swatch Request

For custom-made items only, you may request swatches if you would like to know what the different fabrics of your choice look and feel like before you place an order.  Each set of five (5) fabric swatches are available for $15.00 (this includes shipping and handling).  Simply email us a list of the fabrics you desire, your shipping information and payment for the total number of sets requested.

Return Policy

Organic Inspirations wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, kindly send us an e-mail or give us a call explaining the reason why you are not happy with our products.  We’ll either exchange the product or refund your money, please read below.  In-stock and custom-made orders are carefully inspected before shipping.  We drop ship most items directly from our suppliers.
                     
In order for us to accept a return, all items must be in their original unused and unwashed conditions with their original packaging.  Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving products and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges (even if your order qualified for “Free Shipping”).  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Returns after 14 days and up to 30 days will receive store credit only.  Merchandise must be sent back to us or to the manufacturer using an insured and/or traceable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.  We cannot accept for return or exchange items that are dirty, have pet hair, perfume, cigarette smoke or other odors.  Only in the rare case of a defective item, we will waive the restocking fee and shipping charges, please call us immediately after receiving your order if you believe an item is defective, but it is up to the manufacturer to determine if such item is defective or not.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or store credit, which is why we encourage you to request fabric swatches before making a decision about what design and color to order due to differences between computer monitors/printers and how they display/print the color and texture of the fabrics.

Please note that all Sale Items are final, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pillows, mattresses, mattress toppers, mattress pads, comforters, futons can be returned/exchanged ONLY if they are still in their original plastic cover.  You may cut a small corner of the plastic cover to feel the product inside.

Returns may take up to 45 days to complete the process.

Please be responsible when ordering to avoid the hassle of returns.  Make your selection carefully.  We provide good description of our products, if you need more information, feel free to contact us, we will make every effort to answer your questions to your satisfaction.

To Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so as long as it has not been shipped.  Simply call us at 512.680.1830 or send us an e-mail explaining the reason of cancellation.

Because payment is processed as soon as you place your order, you will be charged a 5% fee to cancel orders that have not been shipped yet.  Please, remember that we start processing orders shortly after payment is received.  Orders that have been already shipped will be treated as returned items after you ship them back to us in their sealed, unused, unwashed, original condition.  Please read our Return Policy above.
